Description

George emigrated from England around 1836 and after spending some time in New York, migrated his family to Michigan. Three of his ten children became music teachers. George was a well educated man who, before leaving England, served Lord Barrington (5th Viscount) as the Steward of Beckett Estate from 1815-1821.

George’s tablet headstone is broken and laying on the ground.
