Description
Rachel Wallace Fay was the first wife of Charles H. Fay, a local and prominent builder, who she married at Birmingham in 1841. She was the daughter of James Wallace, an early settler to the area. Rachel is listed in Charles Fay’s obituary as the mother of two sons.
Rachel’s monument is off its base.
