    The Story of Pontiac’s Asylum

    One of the most fascinating stories in Michigan’s history: The Eastern Michigan Asylum for the Insane, later Pontiac State Hospital, later Clinton Valley Center. This massive Pontiac complex was tragically demolished in 2000, but the stories remain. Author Bruce Annett will present — all are welcome and encouraged to share their perspectives and ask questions.   Admission is free. Cash bar available.
