The Oakland County Drain Commission hired Richard Frye to document the construction project that straightened and contained the Clinton River through downtown Pontiac.
The images are dated 1964 & 1965 and are still under copyright of R. H Frye Photography and the family. OHC has a special arrangement with the family to publish this calendar, no other publication of the images will be possible under this arrangement.
