Join us at the Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society on September 7 for our MEMBERS ONLY Patriot Week Academy! Saturday, September 7th from 9:30am - 11:30am. The event will begin with a welcome and introduction to the Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society. Our lesson for the Academy this year will cover the Constitution...where it ALL began! We will teach about the Constitution through interactive games and group discussion.

Join us for our annual Karpinski & McGuinness Halloween celebration! This year will be at the Historical Society, both indoors and outdoors and family friendly. Free admission and free onsite parking. Costumes are optional, but a good time is mandatory! If you’re willing please bring a dish to pass and a contribution for the Historical Society. This is a great time during the dynamic Hauntiac season.

With recipes taken from the Angeolina Wisner cookbook inspired by life at Pine Grove, enjoy a taste of the 19th century and celebrate something timeless - great food!
