James H. Lynch (1859 – 1941) was a prominent attorney, judge and teacher in the Oakland County area for many years. He served as the president of the board for the Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society in the early 20th century. There are two boxes of his correspondence, writings, and biographies in this collection.
