Boxed Collection Indexes

These are indexes to our “boxed” collection. We receive donated “collections” of papers, photos, and other ephemera from individuals. Some reflect a person’s career or life work, others contain the records of a business or other organization. They all have one thing in common: They’re in boxes.

These collections are organized by the donor’s name, which is useful for organization but not for finding materials within the collections themselves. Most, if not all, have been indexed and are available digitally. Indexing is the first step in accessioning these collections into our archives. Many are not digital, or are in an incorrect format for presentation on this website. Work is ongoing to present these collection indexes.
