The Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society (OCPHS) will host the 7th Annual Oak Hill Cemetery walk in Pontiac on Sunday, September 18, 2022. We hope that you will understand the importance of being a sponsor for this event to help us save and preserve Oak Hill Cemetery.

A volunteer group, Friends of Oak Hill Cemetery, have for the last 7 years, been dedicated to the continual restoration of mausoleums along with beautifying the grounds. They have also accomplished the restoration of the original historic fence, and raised money for headstones including the memorial for the Pontiac State Hospital in section 11 of the cemetery.

The annual history walk raises a small amount each year but it is not nearly enough to do larger projects. We need your financial help to save this vulnerable historic cemetery. We hope that we can count on you to help make a difference.
